Rav Aviram's class learns about business, entrepreneurship and legal and ethical practices rooted in Jewish tradition as they plant, grow, and sell highly nutritious microgreens.
Students who participate in StartUpRoots sustainable entrepreneurship program will be able to learn practical business skills as well as Torah principles related to ethical business practices.
